"The front staff was incredibly nice. Room very, very clean. Spacious. Parking was pretty limited, but ended up working okay. The area surrounding the hotel was pretty bleak (empty but that was probably bc it was a Sunday evening) as there were people sheltering in entryways of nearby properites and there was a couple walking nearby yelling at eachother while hauling their goods around. Did not feel unsafe though. Inside the hotel felt secure. "

"The lobby was beautiful with it's gardens, fountains, waterfalls and streams. Has a restaurant on site, much facilities (gym etc) but the sauna, hot top, and kids water funspot was inop, but it was off season too... The room was nice, quiet, comfortable and adequate."

"Every time I call (3 times over the past 5 weeks) they never have pet friendly rooms available. The front desk was attentive and a nice young man. The carpet can use a deep steam clean and so can the bathroom. If they bought a steamer to clean, it would go a long way and keep the facility in better shape. Breakfast room was nice. "
