Great stay. We changed our minds about staying at another location because it seemed to be in a questionable part of town. Happy we did. Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool staff was not very friendly, but it was still a great experience.

It is great for the kids as there is the pool, watersides, waterpark and hot tub! What i didnt like, how the room was so small, especially for the price you pay. But overall its a great hotel and would definitely visit again!

This hotel is great. We usually love it but this trip we got a room with a loud ac unit. I would recommend asking for a quiet room or checking the unit upon arrival. Staff was helpful and breakfast was great as usual

Room was clean and spacious. One of the nicest water park set ups I’ve seen in a hotel. If travelling with kids, this is the place. Breakfast was disappointing, food items were not being replenished in a timely manner. Please note I was there on a long weekend so busy for sure. I would stay here again though and give it another try

Facility was as described. Rooms were good. Water Park was excellent. Breakfast was okay. Had some issues with an unclean marked sheet. (Not sure what the mark was) It was reported in the morning but the bed was only remade, not changed, We were provided with a new sheet but had to remake the bed on our own. There was a water bottle from a previous client left in the fridge.

We have stayed here many times. The last two times have been horrible. The new front desk person is an absolute treat and I don’t mean that in a good way. Very rude. Cold and his tone is inappropriate with customers. Being placed in the same room twice that is by the HVAC system was beyond loud. Second time we asked to change rooms and he was very rude about it. Super good breakfast and grateful that we were able to change rooms, but I feel like the staff is a bit much.

Didn’t clean room everyday. I don’t mean for beds changing but making. And for clean towels, coffee and emptying the garbage. But hotel was clean and breakfast was ok (almost the same everyday)
