"Great place to stay in Montgomery. Close for walking to all the sights. Staff was very friendly and helpful, king-size room had a kitchen and the breakfast they serve exceeded our expectations."

"PROS: The facilities: The room and hotel seem very new. The facility is well taken care of and clean. The amenities in the room are very nice. There were two elevators that were always available and were pretty quick. The layout is very logical and clean (easy to find your room). Inside the room: There was a full size refrigerator, microwave, and dishwasher; Basically, everything and the kitchen sink. The bathroom was modern and shower was very nice. The room was extremely spacious and luxurious. The staff was great! The front desk was friendly and helpful and were able to answer any questions i had. The breakfast was very nice and equivalent to some of the better hotels i've stayed. CONS: The only detractors that I found were: The parking. Parking says free, and it is if you park on the street, but the hotel parking lot charges $20 a night. Which is not listed in the hotel information. However, the location is regularly patrolled by municipal police and the area seems generally safe and secluded if not in an older/abandoned part of down. There is a train that goes by nearly every 2 - 3 hours and honks it's horn loudly. You can hear it easily over the A/C. However, there are other hotels that charge 2 or 3 times as much as the Home2 Suites that are subject to the same thing in the area, so it's just a thing. The only other thing i found as a detractor, but it's really not a big thing, is EVERYTHING outside the room is extra cost (workout room, etc...)."

"We are repeat visitors to this amazing cottage. The home is immaculate, well appointed, and is located in a very quaint historic district that is convenient to restaurants and other sites of interest in Montgomery. The hosts provide thoughtful additional touches such as fresh cut flowers and cupcakes from a local bakery upon arrival. We had some family members drop by while we were there and they were so impressed with the home that they are planning their own visit. I highly recommend Emma's Cottage!!"

"Bed was nice, all the staff I spoke with were amazing and helpful. I had only one issue with one lady being kinda rude but EVERYONE else was so nice and helpful. Very nice hotel and right by the convention center. I chose to stay embassy suite instead of the host hotel for the free breakfast and very happy with my choice."
