Front desk staff was great. The room was great. Downfalls are I was charged $25 dollars to park in their parking lot but lot was full so had to go to parking garage and got charged another $6 to park there. Also had to carry suitcase a block away. The prices on menu at bar were really ridiculous.

The room was very clean and in excellent repair, one of the most comfortable beds and pillows I’ve had in a long time at a hotel. The atmosphere was very calm and spa like. There was no noise in the evening or nighttime that sometimes you hear at other hotels. The way they have the elevators and rooms it’s very secluded of noise control. The only negative is the shower, when turned on the pipes would make a loud rattling noise. So loud, no one else in the room could hear the TV and it went on for the whole shower and every time anyone showered.
