"We love staying here when we come to Ottawa! The rooms are massive with a full kitchen and sitting and eating areas as well. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are very clean. If several people are checking in at once, it's a bit of a wait because their process is slow. That is the only drawback we found. It hasn't stopped us from returning. The location is great and you can walk to several galleries and the parliament buildings easily."

"Construction happening in hotel and the elevators were severely delayed (up to 5min). The elevators and areas were dusty with construction traffic. The beds were fine, but carpets worn. The bathroom had a strange pocket door and latch, which was not ideal. "

"The person who checked me in was wonderful, he listened to my issue with the room booking with the bath tub and handled it for me. I am so forever grateful and will certainly come back! "
