"The place was very nice and clean, but my room was very very tiny. It would be a okay room for one person but you would not want to put two people in their. Still it was a very friendly place and Shauna who I think is the owner was very helpful. Expedia screwed up my brothers reservation and I had to find him a place at another hotel and Shauna was a big help in accommodating our needs there. I would stay at the canoe on in again if I were by myself. Although I will say Shauna told me that they had much bigger rooms in their other building across the street."

"Beautiful cabin with the most amazing view of the lake. Every morning was breakfast with a view. Our host Tracy kept us updated on all the wild fires in the area and kept us safe. I pray everyone else also stayed safe. I would love to return another year in the fall to see more beautiful views."

"Our stay was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The free pontoon rental was a great bonus and Bernie shared his knowledge of where to find the walleyes and put us right on them. Due to the forest fires we were evacuted from the cabin a day early and were bummed that we couldnt fish more for our last day."
