"This is my spot for a fall getaway during MEA. Good old fashioned north woods resort. Not fancy but very clean, very comfortable, new appliances (full refrigerator, toaster, coffee pot, microwave) spectacular view, quiet and dependable service. "The cabin is basically brand new, very cute, efficient use of space, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, pillows, etc., good hot water in the shower and good heater/air conditioning units in bedroom and living area, functional little kitchen area, plenty of light, nice screened porch, very convenient to the things we wanted to do. Though it is right near Hwy 169 it was quiet both day and night. We had a little trouble getting the key to work at first, but someone came over and helped us right away. The description of essentials provided is accurate (I didn't read it as carefully as I should have so I hadn't packed my own hair dryer but that was on me.) Other advice is set the bedroom heating/ac unit fan on low to minimize vibration hum at night, if that would effect you."
