"Booked non smoking, checked in at 4pm and they only had smoking rooms left. Actual ashes on the beds, indicating they hadn't been changed over since the last guests. Dirty hair everywhere. Smelly damp everythin.g."

Here is a list of issues: 1) The toilet would not flush 2) One of the beds mattress was heavily damaged and bent 3) The shower tub would not drain 4) The bathroom fan was not working 5) The WIFI would not connect 6) The bath towels smelled bad 7) There was no phone to call front desk 8) Generally the room smelled and seemed all sticky everywhere 9) some lights were not working These are just to name a few issues we had. This is unacceptable and we want a full refund."

"The floor in the room wasn’t clean and the toilet didn’t flush properly. When I called downstairs nobody answered the phone so I had to go down and tell them to send someone up to fix the toilet. It was fixed when I returned later that day. "

"A lot of spiders, cockroaches and bugs. No hot water, bed sheets and blankets were dirty and had cigarette burns in them, and the towels smelled funny. Not staying here again."

"Clean, convenient, staff friendly, comfortable. Public areas dark and outdated. Nothing lights and paint/carpet couldn’t fix. Room very nice, comfortable, quiet. TV outdated. No streaming, remote so worn couldn’t tell function on buttons. Overall, lower end 3 star at upper end 3 star price. "
