"The room was a good size, clean and with nice beds. The shower water pressure was ok but not great. It would be nice if the room had a microwave. The breakfast was a bit dissappointing as it was very basic. Essentially bread, jam/jelly, cereal, cold.hard boiled eggs and yogurt. There was a panckae machine but it was slow and made tiny pancakes. It was disappointing when i tried to talk to the house keepers to ask for new towels, toilet paper and soap etc but that we didnt need the room cleaning, they seemed to understand towels, coffee, soap etc and said they would come in 10 minutes - i was stood by their trolley 2 doors from my room and asked if I could just take the supplies as i was on my way out for the day and they then decided to just bark 'no english, no english' at me which I found to be unprofessional and rude as I would have been saving them time and work. Nice rooms but we had minimal contact with the staff and very basic service and the breakfast needs improving."

"Great night away Room was tidy a bit dusty but clean and linen was clean Great Bed, love that this place is on the water and you can sit on the dock. Breakfast is included but it was not great definitely not the worst and you can choose from a small menu . Staff was so friendly and kind I will go back just because they are so welcoming . Great price for snacks in the lobby too . Also got upgraded to a king room which was a great free surprise."

"Parking was great"

"Stayed here recently. The parking was very convenient, with spots right in front of the room which made unloading luggage easy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. However, the room had a noticeable dusty smell throughout the stay, which made it feel less fresh and comfortable than expected. Overall, service and parking were good, but the room condition could definitely be improved."

"The rooms we’re very outdated that Jacuzzi tub look like it had cracks in the bottom and the laminate floor was bubbling up from water damage"

"Thank you again for such a wonderful stay! The house was built in 1826 and is almost 200 years old, but it has been kept in great condition. The place was very clean, which made the stay even more comfortable. It feels like a museum, and you can tell the owner has great taste in art and decoration. I really enjoyed every moment of my stay and would highly recommend it to others."
