Air conditioning didn’t work , was so hot it was like sleeping in actual hell, I moved to a different hotel the next day .. I was extremely disappointed.. it should be clear that they don’t have adequate air conditioning

Gave me an upgrade to a suite but there weren’t any bath towels, the sheets were not cotton or Egyptian cotton, in today’s day and age all hotels should be able to have cotton sheets. I stayed 2 nights in a Larger Than Life Size Hotel Room in a Studio Style with ACTUAL 2 queen sized beds and came with a Kitchenette.
