"Took an hour for us to check-in. Long lines and only two front desk employees. The elevator is a nightmare! Make sure you plan ahead of time because you can spend 30 minutes waiting for an elevator. The rooms need an upgrade! The only positive thing about staying here is how close the hotel is to Broadway shows. "

"The hotel foyer nice. But the rooms , corridors very old and dated. Wall paper peeling rooms weren’t a good standard. "

"This is a perfect location for all of the Broadway theaters. There’s plenty to see and do in that area. The rooms were clean. The only problem we had is that the walls are very thin and we could hear everything our neighbor was doing. Other than that, we will definitely be back for another stay when we return to New York. "

"The heater made a sound like angry bees that made it hard to sleep. The maintenance guy, Julian, was very nice and he toned it down a little for our second night but couldn’t get rid of the noise entirely. The facility is not pretty/fancy but is well located and the beds are comfortable."
