"Excellent LOCATION 10+ Great room, breakfast ok. Annoying - they couldn't make change for larger CZ bills at front desk. I asked several times. It seems they don't do that sort of thing. Ugh."

"I loved this hotel. My daughter and I were greeted warmly, and offered a free welcome drink. A sweet employee carried our bags to our room. They were heavy and he was cheerful about it. Our room was spacious--we each had our own bedroom, at a reasonable price. Staff cleaned the room daily. The free breakfast was great. The location was central in busy, touristy Mala Strana, but the hotel was tucked back in a courtyard in such a way that it felt peaceful. I will stay here again!"

"Really loved staying at this hotel. I arrived very early and asked if I could store my luggage. The staff agreed and told me that I could have a refreshment in their lounge area. I hung out in the lounge and in a short time, I was told that they would expedite a room for me. Within the hour my luggage had been sent to my room and I had been given a room. The staff continued to e extremely helpful in acclimating me to the area and informing about how to get around in Prague. I loved the “Old-World” charm of the hotel. I was traveling alone, but I think this would be a good hotel if you were traveling with a group because there were small common areas that could be used to hang out. This hotel was convenient to public transportation, the Prague Castle, restaurants and Petin Hill but was not near the downtown area. There was a safe, fridge and minibar in the room."

"The hotel was amazing. The staff were awesome especially Rodick. Breakfast was excellent. The staff cared about what they do. You could by the details of the breakfast service and the perfect and consistent setup every morning. The room and hotel were very clean. The staff took pride in what they did."
