"Our stay was wonderful, and the host was absolutely outstanding. I have honestly never met someone so kind, thoughtful, and accommodating. From the moment we arrived, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and that we felt comfortable and welcome. The property was exactly as described, clean, and well cared for, but what truly made this stay special was the host herself. Top The Dakotas Hotel Reviews

AeroStay Hotel

8/10 Good

"Everything was great except the strong stench of jet fuel when the planes were departing. It was related to our location within the hotel because we had never noticed it before and we’ve stayed there multiple times."

La Quinta Inn and Suites by Wyndham at WaTiki Waterpark

8/10 Good

"Depending on the time of day the staff was very helpful! When we checked in the lady was not super helpful. We have stayed many times and always been able to use the wristband for the waterpark as a key to our room also. When I asked at check in she said it wasn't possible (even with the sign right there next to her saying it was!) I was able to go down after shift change and the next lady was extremelly helpful and got it taken care of for us. When we walked in our room the tile was sticky and not clean. Makes one wonder how clean they got the rest of the room! This is a place we love to stay as we have dogs and it is pet friendly. We usually have great experiences while we are there! We will be staying again! I hope they work on making sure their rooms are cleaned well and work on the staff doing what they are supposed to!"

Baymont by Wyndham Rapid City

8/10 Good

"The room was clean but visually looked rough. One bed didn’t have a dust ruffle and the other ruffle was tucked under the mattress in spots so hung funny. There were various scuffs on the walls. Everything appeared well worn. However, the beds were very comfortable and the bathroom was updated. The air conditioning unit was noisy but worked well. The breakfast was decent with limited hot options, but the breakfast employee did a good job ensuring there was plenty of everything. The desk clerks were kind and helpful."
