"When you came for a long drive and tired and the staff is so mean , you gonna freak out, that’s what I encounter when I came in the lobby, unlike in great wolf lodge everyone is smiling when you came in . Terrible service."

"Our stay was terrible from start to finish. The room was dirty, there was urine around the toilet, and one of the doors had a hole in it. The blinds didn't work, so the bright exterior lights shined directly into the bedroom all night, making it difficult to sleep. On top of that, the noise was unbearable. ..."
