"The lights in the kitchen were amazingly bright and beautiful. But, there were no spoons. Lol. I am familiar with the Raleigh - Durham area so that helped in knowing that these homes we in an okay neighborhood and close to the airport.A few things you should know, you park in the back and go up 5 stairs to the porch then all the bedrooms are upstairs. 16 steps."

"This location was absolutely fine for the amount paid. It was clean and secure. Access was easy and owner communication was very quick! The space itself is a little sparse. It could definitely use some more furniture, especially seating. As for the location, I think the owners spell it out pretty clearly in their ad. This is not exactly an up and coming neighborhood but at no time did we ever feel unsafe. But, if you’re easily freaked out, maybe keep searching. It IS an easy drive to downtown Durham though. Overall, we would stay here again! "
