All the staff were very friendly and incredibly nice. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we had a remarkable stay. The breakfast was amazing. The pool was wonderful. The location was very convenient to Duke Children's Hospital. We will be staying again next year.

The staff are SUPER FRIENDLY and nice and helpful. The lobby is modern and offers lots of snacks. The room itself is big and well laid out. Clean and minimal. This isn’t a 5 star hotel, but it’s clean, and large perfectly nice.

Everyone at the hotel was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was a plus, they had lots of hot food items, not just the usual cold cereal and pastries. I enjoyed the pool and being close to Duke University. Parking was free, another nice amenity.

This hotel was excellent. Clean, helpful staff, everyone was friendly, even the breakfast attendants and housekeepers. I was traveling for work and am slated to go back to Durham and if I can stay at this hotel I definitely well. Rob was there when I checke in and he was exceptional. Oh, and breakfast was delicious.

This hotel is in a perfect location, it has many restaurants in the area as well. The room was clean and smelled clean. The amenities were good too and the staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good as well. I was very satisfied. Thank you.

I liked the outdoor patio area with games to play and the large indoor area to cool down and sit and visit or wait for room to be ready in our case. Check in was smooth and quick. Nice, clean room with comfortable bed and pillows. Great breakfast with large selections of options! Only negative I have is the $10 per night charge to park.

A very nice stay! Staff was warm and friendly at check in, breakfast was awesome with plenty to choose from, hot and plentiful. The gym was very clean with lots of options also good sized. The room was spotless with comfy beds and the evening warm cookies in the lobby topped it all off. I would highly recommend staying here especially if you’re visiting Duke medical center.

The beds are a little hard and we did not sleep well. The indoor pool is freezing cold. It would be nice if they’d heat it. The hotel is very clean, convenient and the staff super friendly. We will stay again but I’m taking a mattress topper the next time.
