"I booked a king bed. When we arrived got 2 queen beds. I called front desk first told me I didn't, and then put us in the room I booked. After 20 minutes of the air not working went to front desk and they said going to send someone up. After another 15 minutes moved us to another room with 2 queen beds. I will not stay here ever again."

We had to clean animal hair as well as fragile household items/equipment. I/we wouldn't wish the unsatisfactory experience we had in the residence on no one."
