Booked this specific room due to its location relevant to the hot tub and pool area. However upon arrival we are told the hot tub is not in working condition therefore will not be able to use it. Furthermore once entering the facility our key cards did not give us access to the elevator from the underground parking thus making us carry our luggage up 3 flights of stairs thankfully we are able to do so. Once entering our room we noticed 2 of the lamps did not turn on as well as an excessive amount of bird poo on the balcony I understand that animals exist but an effort can be made.
