"If you’re lookin to stay in between Findlay market and the baseball stadium, this is a great option. It’s very close to the trolley/tram system and walking distance to the fountain square. The restaurant in the hotel had a decent breakfast buffet for $16."

"The restaurant did not have the wine on the menu and the staff did not know what to do and had no clue what wine was what. The chef called in and they didn’t have a good back up plan. Poor waiter was trying his best and the manager had no clue, but tried. Rooms was super clean!"

"There was no bar inroom. No complementary bottles of water. The system was down then we arrived. The staff did supply free drinks from the bar and were very accommodating. The entire place is understaffed. One ply bathroom tissue. No USB plugs in the room for phone charging. Sparse amenities. Rooftop bar is nice but also understaffed. Valet understaffed. "

"Two out of six elevators were working at checkout. Waited on elevator for 45 minutes and ended up walking down 15 fights of stairs to leave. Wanted to book another night and staff told me to call wouldn’t let me book at desk. Had to circle the hotel several times to finally get to pull to the side to get valet service."

"Clean, newer rooms and hotel. Breakfast was pretty good with several hot options. However, I wouldn’t recommend booking through Expedia/Hotels.com. My reservation showed us booking a suite with a king bed. However, they put us in a ADA accessible room with a queen size bed. When I asked the front desk about the room and bed situation, they stated it was because we booked through “3rd party app” and not through Hilton, even though my Expedia reservation specifically had us down for a King standard studio. They did not seem to care and obviously did not care for the 3rd party app bookings. Our express downgraded and will not be staying here again."

"Nice room. Great location. The bathroom needs attention. Rust stains behind the door. Vanity was peeling. Mold on the shower fixture. Managers should go into bathrooms, sit on the toilet and see what the guest sees."

"The building was old. Elevators sounded like it would break down. Floor in lobby, hallway on 15th floor and elevator floors were dirty, and had uncleaned stains. Bedroom bedding had yellow stains. Air conditioner barely put out cool air. Very disappointed in this stay. The restaurant upstairs was wonderful! Great service, food hot and fresh!"

"Loved this hotel. Giant suite with kitchenette with full size refrigerator. Big complimentary breakfast with waffle maker (my favorite breakfast). Many elevators, so no wait. Best of all, friendly, welcoming staff."
