"Got upgraded to a whirlpool room for my birthday and it was lovely! Room was spacious and the staff were all great. Valet only parking but they were incredibly fast. Outstanding location, so much within walking distance. Wish there was a microwave in the room since we had leftovers from all the good local food lol."

"The bar on their website is not open and the one in the restaurant doesn’t open until 5pm. Our room smelled musty and like sulphur. The smell was really intense when we came back for the night. We definitely won’t be back. Not worth the price they charge."

"Nice place but service inconsistent. When we arrived we were told that food was available at the bar. By a bartender. Later that night we sat down to order food and a different bartender told us they didn't take food orders. About 15 minutes later another person at the bar had food delivered to them by the kitchen."

"The art is very unique and we loved every part of the stay. The staff was helpful at every point in the day, and the valet was polite and the service was prompt. We were told 20 minutes to wait for our car to be brought up, and it was brought up in only 7 minutes. Very efficiently run establishment, my only regret is that I wasn’t able to try the restaurant in the lobby. Other than that it was very excellent."
