The neighborhood felt very safe and had plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. It was also super convenient to Oktoberfest, which was the main reason for our trip. "Stayed here to attend a concert at TQL Stadium. Was very happy with the entire stay. Great location walkable to the stadium and bars/restaurants.
