"This house was absolutely PERFECT for our long weekend! Upon arrival, everything was clean and ready for guests. The house has plenty of space for guests and so many great amenities. We chose to stay in and enjoy the house the whole time rather than our planned outings because of how fabulous everything was. The host is extremely responsive and communicated everything we needed to know for our stay. Any questions we had were answered quickly and with ease. We couldn't be happier with our choice and already looking forward to booking again! "

"Clean and easy access. No dishwasher even though dishwasher cleaning pods were left on counter to be used. Both toilets had water stains. All bedrooms had TVs with fire sticks. Two full bathrooms. Basement looked nice but we didn't use."

"We enjoyed the roominess of the house and rooms. Everyone had their own space if they wanted it, and yet there was plenty of room to congregate in the common areas or around the kitchen table. The kids loved the pool and the dock access and spent quite a bit of time trying to fish. The wooded area was very nice, beds were comfortable, and we also enjoyed the hot tubs!"

"This was a fantastic tiny home that worked well for 2 of us for a long weekend in October. The inside of the home was cozy, with full size fridge, stove, and shower - slightly bigger than you'd expect for a tiny home actually, we were pleasantly surprised! But the real gem was the outside of the property, a fire pit setup, 2 hammocks to relax in, picnic tables and chairs on the deck to hang out at, and of course the hot tub was awesome. The home isn't directly on the lake, but still very close and with some indirect lake views, and close enough to get to several access points pretty quickly. The owners include great recommendations in their guidebook, and also provide a Maryland state park pass for free use, which is handy when visiting local parks for hiking, or the deep creek lake state park for lake access to beaches, boating, etc. We found the house to be very close to lots of great restaurants and bars like Firewater and Honi Honi - and try Brenda's pizza shop, we got takeout from there that was great! It was also only a short drive away from great hiking spots like the rock maze and the muddy creek falls! Overall we loved the rental, the lake, and the whole experience...can't wait to come back again!"

"This was a very nice getaway. Home away from home. We were able to relax and enjoy each other without feeling like we were in someone else’s home. Shops were close by and the scenes were excellent. There was a problem with the toilet overflowing for the entire time. The TV in the downstairs bedroom didn’t work. We are pleased and will be coming back. We actually wanted to stay an extra night but it was already booked.Thank you for the opportunity to stay in your home. "

"My family spent the weekend here. We absolutely loved this place. Very cozy and private. We spent more time around the fire pit than we did at the actual lake. The view of the lake from the fire pit was so calming and peaceful. The dock was very cool. The host was welcoming and accommodating and very easy to reach if you need. We would stay here again for sure. Even my pups loved the private yard Thank you to the host!"
