The location was great. so close to Victoria Station for The Tube and buses, a few great theaters right there too.
The hotel was very nice with a huge inv=cluded breakfast buffet. The staff were super helpful with directions and other questions.

Rooms are way too small. Only had breakfast restaurant wasn’t open lunch or dinner. Food in the restaurant was mediocre at best.Wouldn’t stay there again.

Property is nearby public transportation. Shops and dining options are just around the corner. There is no elevator which would be an inconvenience if you have a heavy bag, and stairs are narrow.
