Excellent Villa in very calm surroundings. Only ~10 Min. from Beach and Supermarket. Very friendly connection to the Villa Owner.

Schönes Haus

Leider war das Haus bei Ankunft nicht beheitzt und die Raumtemperatur nur 18 Grad. Erst nach zwei Tagen wurden 21 Grad erreicht. Das schmälerte das Wohlbefinden im sonst schönen Anwesen. Verbesserungswürdig ist die Ausstattung um den Pool mit bequemen Liegen.

Très belle demeure, fidèle aux photos, avec de belles grandes pièces. Salles de bains neuves, lits très confortables. On aurait cependant aimé une cuisine un peu plus équipée avec les aliments de base et des serviettes pour la piscine.

Calme et fraicheur près de Chatelaillon à deux pas de La Rochelle

Tout est là pour decompresser, - bien que en pleine ville aucun bruit à signaler, que de petites rues autour, - si l'on gère bien les fermetures de volets dans la journée la maison reste trés fraiche, - La piscine, bien protégée par un tapis et une barrière, est bien sûr un avantage énorme en été, - Un maison très vaste qui permet de s'étaler sans être à l'étroit, idéale pour 4 adultes et de petits enfants, - un grand jardin bien ombragé permet de vivre beaucoup dehors et de s'isoler si besoin . La ville de Thairée est typique des petites villes Charentaises, petites maisons blanches au toit court, rues parsemées de roses trémières. Les propriétaires sont trés accueillants dès le premier contact. Nous recommandons cette destination !!!
