Location is perfect. Easy walking distance to markets, temples, restaurants. Hotel grounds are gorgeous. Pool is lovely. The room furnishings are a little dated and show a little wear and tear but the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Breakfast is simple but tasty. Staff were wonderful. So friendly, always greeted us with a smile and happy to help and make suggestions. We’d happily stay again.

They are a bit older, but that's absolutely fine as a modern room wouldn't really suit considering the surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the location in the Old City was excellent for exploring Chiang Mai, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and attractions nearby.
