I was already looking forward to Shangri-La's strict service because I had experience using Cebu Shangri-La, but the Shangri-La I felt this time was the best. The kindness and consideration of Ms. Piano, the lobby, and the front staff, who were lounge duty, touched me as well and made me feel all comfortable in the hotel. Everyone in my team listens to my love and praise in Chiang Mai and everyone is preparing for the trip to Chiang Mai. Shangri-La was the best and the most meaningful place in Chiang Mai. "Not enough can be said about the helpfulness of the staff at this Four Seasons. They had a considerable number of activities that were both educational and fun to break up the day between dips in the pool for families with younger children. Would definitely stay here again if/when I were to return to the Chiang Mai area. We were so happy with the resort that I felt bad leaving for the various excursions we planned. I could not recommend more highly."
