"All staff are very friendly and efficient. The food was all lovely and the pool was a great place to cool down, although we would have liked a handrail to aid getting out again. There is no designated bar area so nowhere to sit when coming back to the hotel in the evening, which meant we often purchased drinks at 7-eleven and drank in our room - this is not a negative comment, just an observation."

"HUG was walking distance to nice eateries and shopping centres. A nice quiet hotel. Although the breakfast buffet is not wide spread, the menus are different every day which let us taste the various food that Chiang Mai offers. Overall had a pleasant stay and will be back. Thank you HUG."
