"I've already posted a review from the day before but Expedia is being somewhat of a nuisance by continually requesting another review because my 2 night stay was booked each night separately (albeit due to an error on their site). The nonpersonal nature of their algorithms is being highlighted here. If you would like to read my review, look for the same hotel name 1 day prior. That includes you Expedia staff. "

"Check in was painful low staff levels and were not attentive as hotel staff should be. The room was disgusting (room 2219) we were asked to make up our own sofa bed and they only provided sheets. Never been to a hilton that did this. Found the existing sheet had hair inside it. Due to our late flight we had to move rooms extremely late with our sleeping children in hand. Not once was there an offer to help us move. Breakfast was not nice at all self serve buffet with powdered scrambled eggs (didnt realise this was still happening). Really disappointed with this stay as I trying to contact the hotel via their site and even called to arrange a sweet treat for my wifes birthday. This also never arrived. This Hilton really let me down the only positive was the location being next door to the Galleria shopping mall. Thats where it ended. We will not be returning here again. "

"The breakfast menu was fresh and had a lot of options to choose from. I had the veggie omelette with bacon and a side of French toast. Everything was delicious."

"We enjoyed our stay at Moody Gardens Friday through Sunday. We were there for Showtime Internationals Competition weekend. Moody Gardens was also hosting Ironman. There was plenty parking, everything was clean from lobby to poolside. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had lunch at the Cafe the food was amazing. We purchased tickets for the day pass for Moody Gardens attractions which is just a short walk from the hotel. The hotel room was spacious as well as the bathroom. Bedding was very comfortable. Overall stay was great. We will be staying again in the future. "
