"We’ve stayed here 4 times now. Easy off & on the highway at night. We always arrive after 9pm after travel from Michigan. Rooms have been clean. But place definitely needs update , refresh of common areas, elevator. Pool mostly not open. But we only want a decent place to sleep & don’t need pools. Staff was kind & when I told them upon checkout that our tv had no signal & coffee pot not working ( it spewed hot water all over the counter) they were apologetic. We were too tired to bother with...

"This was my first time traveling to Texarkana and randomly picked this hotel for two nights. When we drove in, seeing department stores and restaurants around. I was amazed and surprised. The hotels and nearby parking lots are trucks (18-wheelers) friendly! Staff called Ebony (Eboni) was very nice, sweet and helpful! During our stays, we didn't hear much noise at night. The only thing I didn’t like so far was the tub and sink drainage was very slow. Other than that, i rate them 90/100!!!! "
