Cabin #3 at Widows Peak • Terlingua, Big Bend

The Widows Peak is a brand-new cabin located on a 30 acre slice of heaven in Terlingua, only 10 minutes from Big Bend National Park. The cabin offers a queen bed, a full kitchen, bathroom, WiFi, air conditioning, heating, bed linens, towels, coffee, free parking on site and much more. The patio is a great place to drink a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise over The Christmas Mountains, or to have happy hour and watch the light show as the sun sets and the stars and moon illuminate the sky.

You will have a private entrance with a key code so you may check yourself in upon arrival. There is a front patio with chairs and a coffee table. The cabin has a smart TV as well as Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped with silverware, dishes, knives, pots and pans as well as a full-size fridge, stove, microwave and drip coffee pot. The bathroom has a flush toilet, roomy shower/tub, hot water and we provide the towels.

When you rent this cabin it is all yours! The patio backyard and entire interior are for your enjoyment. There may be guests at the neighboring cabins so please be mindful of noise levels, especially after sunset.

There is a charcoal bbq available for you to use, but please plan to bring your own charcoal. There are no fires allowed at this property.

The neighborhood is called Ocotillo Mesa. There are a few neighbors around and this cabin is located off of a very well-maintained dirt road.

The entrance to Big Bend national Park is only 10 minutes away. The Cottonwood grocery store and many of our towns bars, restaurants and attractions are only 10 minutes away. The cabin is located just outside the hustle and bustle of our small town offering the best of both worlds: being close to town and also being private and peaceful.

Be prepared and have your driving directions printed out or screen saved before your arrival because cell signal does not span the whole area and if you do not have your directions laid out you may find yourself in a black out area with some confusion.
