"The exterior of the property looked similar to the photos posted online. Unfortunately, the interior was a very different experience. The elevator and the room had a strong unpleasant odor, making the environment uncomfortable. After inspecting the room, we immediately informed the front desk that the room was unsatisfactory and decided not to stay. Despite raising our concerns at the time, the matter was not resolved to our satisfaction. We also contacted Expedia for assistance, but were unable to obtain a resolution. As a result, the overall experience was disappointing. The property may benefit from improvements to cleanliness, maintenance, and odor control. Based on our experience, the condition of the interior did not meet our expectations, and we would not choose to stay here again."
