Booked this hotel on expedia and we booked 2 quads room. Check in was easy on the kiosk but as we wanted the rooms to be close to each other, we have to queue up at the check in counter to get that settled, then we have to do another step to queue and the kiosk to check in and get the keys, the kiosks are super slow but convenient. This is an extremely busy hotel with lots of families as you can see in the lobby. There is no restaurant but there are vending machines selling drinks and snacks, and there is a convenient stall at the lobby selling hot snacks, try the tea leaves eggs they are delicious! Hotel is walking distance to the mall and amusement park with covered walkway all the way. Rooms are clean and cleaned daily with generous supplies of tissue papers, slippers, toothbrush etc. No aircon but there is a fan. You can open the window which has a limited opening width and it's quite cold at night when sleeping. Sound proof is not perfect thou but we had a great stay there.

It was a last minute booking, the pictures looked amazing, which I thought justified the cost. I was wrong. Very unimpressed with the hotel in general, front desk service was not friendly or welcoming and the room was very outdated. Would not recommend staying there at all.

Fairly good location.

It was a long walk to the centre of the action, theme park, restaurants, pub and coffee shops. Like a 15 minutes walk. But good exercise. Even with a power converter we could not charge anything, phone , computer or toothbrushes. Nothing could fit. Also NO wifi. They told us to go order food in the restaurant in the lobby and we would get a password. We bought food but still never got on-line. It was a big deception for us. I was waiting for important business e-mail to come in. The rest was Ok.

云顶的5家酒店都造在一起，丽园算是离游乐场最远的，不过10分钟也能走到，算是方便。隔壁是一个变形金刚的展览，轰鸣的音乐晚上10点也不停，不好睡觉。酒店比较老旧，设施不完整，没有泳池，没有健身中心，客房居然连WiFi或者网线都没有，大堂也没有网络。只能到楼下的西式快餐点去点了一份套餐，上了一会儿网络。早餐额外算钱20马币一份，品种很少很少，不如自己出去吃。如果你就是主要来游乐场玩，把这里当作一个睡觉的地方那还可以。别的不要有太多期望了！

Old hotel with basic facilities

Family of 5, couple and 3 kids. Stayed for 2 nights. 2 de luxe rooms booked separately. Rooms almost opposite each other though requested for side by side or directly opposite. Fast check in, no required deposit. No air conditioner, only wall fan but just enough because room temperature ranges between 27-30*c. Have kettle, hair dryer, towels, drinking glass, liquid and bar soap. Can get water (hot and cold) thru the water dispenser in front of elevator. Queen size bed and a daytime bed. Room and toilet were spacious and clean. A quiet room if not of the door bell sets to a maximum volume. The floor needed more vacuum. Elevator is fast. Convenient store and coffe shop at the ground floor and they sell @ fair price. Outdoor rides outside of hotel but closed for renovation and will open in 2016. Have mini park where u can sit and relax just prepare yourself of freezing cold. Best time to do photo shoot is @1-3pm which is less foggy. Easy access to hotels nearby. You can take the covered bridge or an outdoor short cut to The First World Hotel were you find the indoor rides, activities, shops and foods. A bit far from the skycable station. We got the best deals when we booked on-line 3 months earlier. Genting Highlands is one of the best places to go in SEA. Skyway ride was the best experience not to be missed. The theme Park Hotel must make sure to keep their price reasonable as other hotels nearby are newer and upgraded. Over all stay ... affordable! :)

Great location. Very appropriately priced. Amazing mountain view, could not have been better. No wifi, which is a pain but not a big worry. Our booking stated a refrigerator in the room but there was none. MInor detail but disconcerting. Overall would gladly stay again.

Excellent place to stay at Genting Highlands.

It was a great bargain offer booked through Expedia, The Hotel is at the heart of this lovely hill station of Malaysia, with all the parks, casino, eateries, Rope way all interconnected by escalators and walkways. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the stay. The hotel needs to provide little more warm blankets/extra blankets as the temp at night really goes too cold.
