The hotel was very nice, the staff were friendly and helpful (they possibly didn't speak English, but they tolerated my awful Spanish very well) and the area is beautiful, although with that said, pretty much everywhere in Tepotzlan is beautiful.

El hospedaje muy limpio, solo a considerar el estacionamiento si no quieren usar el que ofrecen con cargo extra, da una vibra de hostal pero cuentas con baño privado.

The location is great. The host is super friendly and professional. He checked on our stay for anything we may need. Definitely will be back to this place.

Pésimo, nunca respetaron mi reservación, cuando llegue solo se limitaron a decir que asiganaron mi habitación a alguien más por qué según yo había hablado para recorrer mi checkin, cosa que jamás hice

La abitacion fue muy pequeña el baño super incómodo, no hubo televevision por cable, el cuarto no cuenta con puerta entras por un ventanal y escuchas todo el ruido de la calle como lo del cuarto de arriba que fue mi casa, perdón perdón se escuchó la veces que tuvieron relaciones la pareja de ese cuarto.

llegamos y no tenian contemplada la reservacion , la habitacion estaba sucia, nos fuimos a cenar y cuando llegamos ya estaba lista, y la verdad tambien muy limpia, la cama es comoda, el hotel en realidad es una casa con 4 habitaciones, muy caro para lo que ofrece

Buen hotel, cercanía al centro, seguridad y tranqu
El servicio brindado por Noé fue excelente desde sus inicios y hasta el final, las instalaciones son cómodas y los servicios buenos, los vecinos son amables y corteses, la limpieza puede mejorar, sobre todo sus ventiladores que acumulan mucho polvo (no lo use por lo mismo). No cuenta con estacionamiento, se deja sobre la calle y es muy segura. El ambiente es tranquilo, dormimos de lo más cómodo. Me volvería a hospedar nuevamente.

Muy buena opción para pasar unos días, en lo personal el cuarto estaba impecable, las camas muy cómodas, habia mucha privacidad y los anfitriones son muy amables, sin duda volvería a reservar el mismo cuarto, el único detalle que le vi es que aveces se iba el agua caliente, pero con el clima, no se sentía fría el agua,muy recomendable la instancia

Habitación higiénica, cama cómoda, recomiendo que pongan un letrero en la entrada del pasillo ya que el establecimiento está un poco fuera de la vista.
