"Property was clean and in good repair for a very basic room. Nothing fancy but a great value and extremely close to Sausalito, Mill Vally, Larkspur and the Marin Headlands. I just need a room to sleep in and it fit the need well."

"The house is beautiful. It really is in a lovely wooded setting and makes you feel like you are at a retreat while being so close (a short drive) from downtown Mill Valley. It was well stocked with extra bedding and blankets as well as kitchen essentials. We primarily used Uber and had no difficulty getting them at the property. Having a keypad check in keeps things easy, and the host was very responsive and communicative. We rented this as a group of friends in town for a wedding and thought it was a great launching pad for exploring the area. Would love to spend more time getting into the nature around the house that is just steps away! Would recommend staying here."

"No microwave or fridge in the room - and the room itself looked nothing like the photos posted. My shoes stuck to the floor (could be leftover cleaning solution) and there were dustballs of hair in the corner of the closet, which didn’t have doors. The person who checked us in at the front desk and got us extra pillows was super friendly and quick! Booked the hotel for price and location - it is what it is."

"The room was clean but did have an odd smell. Parking was difficult one day because of an event but the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good. This hotel is right off the interstate which is convenient but it is also loud - you can hear it at night. Overall the stay was fine, but probably wouldn’t stay there again."

Cozy Quiet Cottage Close to Trails, Wine Country & SF and Lots of Light!

"It was my 2nd time staying at the cottage and again, it did not disappoint! It's a very comfortable spot. The location is great - so nice to walk on the bike path through Bothin Marsh! - and easy to walk to Tam Junction for coffee, groceries, or Shoreline Diner. My favorite aspect of the cottage is the small deck that is just perfect for breathing in the night (or morning) air while enjoying the redwoods. I highly recommend!"
