Holiday Studio 'Frente Oceano' with Sea View, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Located in Puerto de la Cruz, Tenerife, in the Playa Martiánez area, this 53 m² studio can accommodate up to 4 people, with 1 bedroom and 1 living room. You will find 1 bathroom and a fully equipped private kitchen. The apartment offers private Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, TV, and a washing machine. Barrier-free access and an elevator ensure easy mobility during your stay.



Outside, you will find a private garden and can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and mountains, directly facing the ocean. The outdoor pool is on the 7th floor with a large panoramic sun terrace from which you can admire Puerto de la Cruz. An outdoor shower is available.



Parking is available both on site and on the street. Events are not allowed and smoking is not permitted inside the apartment. Beach towels are provided. Among the external services are: ping pong, billiards, tennis court, bicycle storage, and a charging station for electric cars. Public transport is easily accessible.



You will be in a quiet area, convenient to all services within walking distance, including the pools designed by César Manrique and the Martiánez shopping center. A pleasant walk along Avenida Cristóbal Colon and Paseo Sant'Elmo leads to Plaza del Charco, full of boutiques, shops, bars, and restaurants.



The owners live on site but not in the booked apartment. On request, airport shuttle service is available for an extra fee. Hosting unregistered guests is not allowed.
