A very good 3 star hotel
All the staff were very friendly. A good choice of food in the restaurant. A good selection of food at the snack bar. Rooms were very clean, plenty of hot water. The entertainment was good, the animation team worked very hard. Their is a solarium on the roof terrace that is only for adults. They have just installed a jacuzzi. It doesn't say when It opens. I will definitely go back 😊

Clean hotel plenty of sunbeds BBC & itv in room
Second time at this hotel and would come again! 2 pools plenty of sunbeds at each,we sat at pool at back of property try get sunbeds nearer bar than pool table as if nearer pool table this gets shadier around 4pm.we had no problem getting subbeds where we wanted at 8.30am. both pools have bars serving free drink and vanilla strawberry chocolate ice cream if all inclusive. I very fussy plain eater and wife coeliac we had no problems with food. Always pasta chips chicken salad at dinner. Bacon scrambled eggs croissants breakfast. At one of pools there is outdoor grill where from 1pm til around 5/6pm can get hotdogs burgers chips chicken pork chops salad. There is lunch in main restaurant if prefer. Breakfast includes fresh pancakes. Chef does fried eggs and I noticed some days omelettes. If self catering Lidl 10min walk steep uphill there but at least downhill back. Water dispensers in restaurant and bar don't taste great initially but got used to it and 8litre water bottle only 1.55 Euro at hiper Dino supermarket which 2 min walk away on flat. Room basic but clean, in shower is shower gel in dispenser. Towels provided and maid service every day but Sunday . Top level has no balcony so if this important request this on booking. Room has BBC and itv tv channels . Nearby bars 2 minutes walk away showing English premier league football games. If get taxi from airport to hotel this takes 35minutes and 50 Euro each way .

First room was very noisy overnight with ? flushing toilets every minute overnight and every 15 seconds from 6am. Staff helpful and changed our room quickly. Lots of choices for food. Only disappointed in vegetarian choice one evening. Would come back again

We looked for a budget hotel as we spent most of the holiday out and about. Showers were V small and hard to get space near the pool. Clean rooms , bed ect and aircon. You get what you pay for. Self board!

Disappointing hotel
After spending over £2000 for a 9 night stay at this hotel I was expecting a lot more. The room facilities were very basic and dated. Some days we did not have water and no soap to wash with. The food was very poor most days and the choice of drinks very disappointing. The hotel dining room was not big enough for the amount of guests. There were cockroaches in the dining room and we even found 1 in our our room. We were not provided with any information when we checked in and was put in a room with no air-condition and was only moved 3 days later after we completed. We were then provided with a room near the road were the water tanker came to deliver water every morning and it was so noisy. Coaches were in and out most of the time. The beds were not comfortable and not long enough. Most of the facilities were out of order or too overcrowded. The accessibility for push chairs was very awkward as you still needed to go up stairs. There were not enough lifts for the size of the hotel size ad also very dated and slow.

Really wanted to like this hotel. The staff worked hard but it gave the impression that it was creaking at the busiest time of the year. There weren't enough sunbeds and the restaurant was always full.

Everything we needed and good value for money
We took advantage of a great two week all inclusive deal and were pleasantly surprised. The rooms were big and clean, the facilities good and most of the staff friendly. Yes, it's not a 5* hotel, and can be noisy, but it was great value for what we paid. The food and drink was varied and good quality and we had a very comfortable stay.

Great family hotel complex
We stayed the week before Christmas, the complex has a lovely atmosphere, the staff were great and very helpful, it was nice that there were 2 pool options, 1 busy with games and music and the other quiet and relaxing. The hotel was very clean and staff were out early in the mornings cleaning the pool areas. We stayed all inclusive and the was a wide variety of food available, on a Buffett style basis, as well as a BBQ at the pool.

Hotel very clean but some rooms were not easy to find and we were given a map to find our way up stairs with no lift access with luggage. Also WiFi available for 30mins. Kettle in room but had to provide our own refreshments although all inclusive. Had to have own bottle to top up on water from the restaurant. 10 euro deposit for remote to use TV in room.

Nice hotel but a bit dated, apartments spacious and clean, although ours (429) was quiet smelly with a drain problem, staff were very prompt in trying to resolve it, but unfortunately for us the smell returned. (So be warned). Food can be cold at times in the restaurant but they do provide a microwave to reheat it up. Staff hardworking, although some bar staff should attend to queues instead of talking among theirselves. Overhaul this a nice hotel, good value for money, but could still be improved in areas. The resort it self is very pleasant, quite hilly with a couple of good bars and restaurants . Los gigantes is right next door within easy reach by walking.

Generally very pleasant stay. Apartment is clean and well presented. Kitchen is easy to use and lots of seating options (breakfast bar, comfy sofa, balcony). Cutlery pots and pans supplied (please note no sharp knifes supplied). Reception and other staff variable, some very helpful however none particularly welcoming or friendly. We did not use the restaurants so can not comment on food. Main point of review is to comment on the pool, fairly large pool which is based in the centre of the complex. Pool kept very clean. We only went to the pool once as it was soooo noisy, pounding music which will also be loud in your room. 'Entertainment' on loud speaker every hour or so, lots of shouting and singing. If you're looking for canarian culture do not go to this hotel, lots of english and german tourists who sit poolside all day smoking and drinking.

Exactly what you expect from a 3*
Hotel had everything you would expect. Very happy with our stay as a whole. Food at the Italian restaurant was exceptional and I was surprised to find out it was included in the all inclusive package. Also the entertainment staff went above and beyond.

Good hotel in excellent location
Have come back to this Hotel every time I visit Tenerife it is in an excellent location if you enjoy dramatic views. The hotel has great facilities, only downside bathroom and light switches need replacing as both are dated. Great beaches and shops within walking distance. Not recommended for people with walking difficulties due to steep hills. Also very difficult to find a parking space if you hire a car.

Third time visit Tenerife , best 3 star hotel , bmuch better than Bahia Flamingo in Playa de Arena , best Christmas dinner and New Year Eve dinner . Brekfast the same every day , cold water in the pool . All inclusive cheap alkohol , if you want better alkohol - 2 double JD with coke - € 9.40 .11 days there once tovels change .

Winter Sun Break in Tenerife
Puerto Santiago is in the West of the Island and the Hotel is very much in it's own area adjacent to the stunning Los Gigantes cliffs. There is no beach near the Hotel however you are very near to the sea and there is a pleasant and scenic path that extends from Los Gigantes into the other part of Puerto Santiago where there is a small beach. You also get an excellent view across to the neighboring Island of La Gomera. The building is in good repair and the rooms of generous proportions. There are 2 main pools in separate areas so you have plenty of choice for selecting your place in the sun, no shortage of sunbeds. I was on the self-catering option due to my personal diet needs, however I heard no complaints from anyone about the food and drinks on offer. TIP - You can always book self-catering and then book the all-inclusive on a daily basis when you arrive (eg. Book 7 nights, pay for 5) There is one local supermarket nearby and also several bars showing live sport - more channels than we get in the UK. Also in walking distance is new Lidl store that was excellent for me. There was good quality entertainment each night that created a good atmosphere. Service at reception was always pleasant with well trained and informed staff. The guests were generally well behaved and I had decent sleep each night.

Very family oriented hotel, close to the sea.
We thought when booking this was a four star hotel. We were disappointed on arrival, but found it a very comfortable hotel, with customer service of a high standard. The food was very good too. For us, as a slightly older couple, the rambling style of the hotel was a bit challenging. Younger families with buggies etc might also struggle just a little. Generally a very enjoyable break.

Enjoyable holiday, room clean, young girls bar staff could have been pleasanter and smiled, martina the rep was excellent! Food was nice first few days but tasted a bit bland, Spanish visitors at weekends were treated differently to other visitors, were waited on, spoken to, when English family jumped in pool were told off yet when Spanish did same after it was ignored????

Fantastic service.
Staff could not do enough for you. This is my 4th trip in 5 months. Front desk staff remembered me by name and continue to be always friendly and full of local information and suggestions. Food was always hot, on time and fantastic. Menu's were varied and they even have a seperate buffett for kids. I will continue to recommend this hotel to my Family and Friends.

Beware - Building Works
No hotelier should be letting out rooms immediately adjacent to major building works. The noise of wall-shuddering drilling 9-5 weekdays was seriously disconcerting and rang through the whole block of 30-40 apartments. Clearly, there's an ongoing refurb programme underway; like it or hate it - the noise even dominated and drowned out the poolside music. I suspect it forced a lot of holidaymakers to steer clear of the complex when really they should have been able to relax during their break. Not good form!

First of all we spent a wonderful one week at this hotel, it was an absolute pleasure staying there, and I would always go back. Staff is helpful and kind, service is good, rooms are clean and spacious, there is a balcony to sit in the evening with a nice glass of wine :) Two huge pools with bars, also a small pool for the kids, jacuzzi, tennis court etc. The pool is great, clean, there is also a bar in the middle. At night there is a bar and also programs every day. Personal suggestion: do not go all inclusive unless you want to spend all day in the hotel. Go half board instead and spend the day discovering the island and eat out. It is beautiful, everywhere you go. Internet: there is a free wifi hotspot at the reception, but it is probably the slowest and most unreliable I have ever seen, but please, you are on holiday, you do not want to spend the whole day online do you? There is also a paid version of it, never checked, probably faster. All in all, absolutely loved the place, and the whole experience. Would definitely recommended and would come back any time.

Very good will go again. The only problem was that the sound proofing in the hotel is not very good and there is always a lot of noise until about 2am. Doors banging, people on their balcony laughing and speaking loudly. I could not get to sleep until 2am when everything got a bit more quiet. Will probably try a room on the road side next time as the pool view was very noisy.

The apartment was quite spacious, and well-furnished. However it would have been improved by a small shelf in the bathroom for things like toothbrushes. The self-catering mini-kitchen suited me as a solo traveller, because it included a microwave oven and an electric kettle. But the utensils and crockery were very minimal. A small note indicated that further items could be requested from reception. The hotel was quiet enough to get a good night's sleep. The shower was hot and had plentiful water. The hotel was clean. The free WiFi in reception worked well. There were plenty of sun loungers around the pool, even if some people do "reserve" them with their towels. I didn't eat in any of the hotel restaurants, so can't comment on those.

Been here 2 times this was the 3rd time and it had changed. The room we had 500 top of roof had now become a sun terrace for everyone to share. Come out of the door to meet people on sunbeds loud noisy leaving bottles,glasses would not go again also was ill and my partner for 2-3 days with stomach upset and we did not move out of the hotel very disappointed would not go here again

Couple , booked a studio room last minute for a week , no balcony / porch , advise anyone to upgrade . Self catering basis , very poor facilities / utensils in room if you want to cook , had to ask for a table . Cannot comment on food , dined out each night . Hotel in general ok , you get what you pay for , resort fine for a relaxing break , note hilly location .

Booked an All Inclusive deal for 9 nights and to be honest, it was alright. We had read some of the other reviews and were a little worried, but in the end it was fine. The staff are some of the most pleasant people we have come across in all the various places we've ever stayed. The meal times are a work of military precision due to the number of diners. The food was very acceptable. The fish dishes and meat were good, puddings were Ok too if you like puddings. A good choice of foods for lunch and dinner, with breakfast being always the same choices of fried eggs, baked beans, bacon, sausages, fresh breads, scrambled egg and cereals, plus yoghurts and fresh fruit. Pretty good all round Hotel.

Not a bad place considering the price. And importantly on the sunny south part of the island. Apartment clean but needed maintenance. Pool area very nice indeed but watch out for sunbed hawks. Noise is a big problem here. Cleaners crashing about and yelling in spanish, kids, vending machines and the road make it hard to sleep.
