The description of this facility is very over glamorized. #1 The host overbooked on our dates so they "upgraded" us from our usual Suite #6 to the Chalet with no increase of price. #2 the Chalet, while larger with more privacy, had mouse droppings in every room - also on the kitchen counter tops where we fixed food. Mice were seen in the living room, bedroom and kitchen. We caught 9 mice in a 3 day period of time. #3 There was no WiFi service as advertised. #4 The restaurant had an extremely limited menu with inconvenient hours. #5 One of the living room windows could not be closed and it turned cold the last 2 days we were there. #6 The shower drain would not even accommodate one drop of water before coming back up into the tub. Water covered our feet as we showered. The chalet needs some updating and the mice infestation needs to be addressed immediately. Not worth 400 a night!
