"The location is great for good food and tourism. The beds were comfortable and changed daily. We felt right at home.
There are several hotels of the same name in the chain, nearby to each other, so make sure that you go by the address on the booking not the map directions which were wrong on Expedia for our booking."

What truly stands out is not just the efficiency or professionalism, but the genuine warmth, attentiveness, and care shown by the team throughout our stay. Every interaction felt thoughtful and sincere, and it was clear that their priority was to ensure guests felt comfortable, supported, and truly welcomed.
Yuxin, LiLi, Xiao Yan, and Alice deserve special recognition. They are incredibly patient, kind, and attentive, consistently going above and beyond in ways that feel natural rather than transactional. Whether it was arranging transport, securing reservations at popular restaurants, helping us navigate local payment systems, or simply checking in on us while we were out enjoying the city, their care was constant and reassuring.
What made this experience especially meaningful was the sense of belonging they created. Staying here felt less like being in a hotel and more like being embraced by a family. Their presence added a human warmth that elevated our entire Beijing experience, making it richer, easier, and far more memorable.

"Amazing!! Can't rate this hotel highly enough! The location is great, right in the middle of numerous shops, restaurants, coffee bars, food stalls & night market; with easy walking distance / accessibility to all the key sites. Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean with everything you need & they even provide a free laundry service. Staff are fabulous, helpful, professional & friendly & i felt so welcome. Huge thank you to Mia, Dana & a number of other staff who I who sadly don't have their names. The hotel was a safe comfortable base, in a perfect location, with a great feel. Would highly recommend. "
