"Breakfast was good, the lady at the breakfast counter cleaning up was very nice always saying good morning to everyone. Only issue I had was the morning manager was rude to his front counter help. She would be doing something and the phone would ring he would yell to her saying grab the phone and he could of grabbed it."

"We liked the short walk to the water park from our room. We enjoyed a hike around the property in the morning. I had a massage and a pedicure and both were great. The only drawback was house keeping only came 1 day out of our 4 night stay. "

"I checked into my room and the room was not clean, it was horrible and had stains all over the counters and the TV stand. The bathroom smelled. I could not stay there. I immediately left and they would not give me my refund because they claim they offered me another room but didn't. The hotel is not a place to stay. "
