Instantly upon arriving to the Extended Stay, I called in to confirm my online reservation and that I would be arriving within 10 minutes. The Staff member on schedule at the time greeted me very professionally and kind. As I arrived and entered the building you can observe and smell the cleanliness. Checking into my room was a smooth and quick process. Our room was very fresh and clean as well. The Staff are very professional and friendly at the Phoenix Chandler Downtown location.
