Parking:
Parking for one vehicle on the Las Catalinas parking lot (200 m distance) is currently free. As it's managed by a private company, this may change at any time to a paid parking lot without prior notice.

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary welcome package with essentials such as coffee, sugar, salt pepper, toilet paper, toiletries (body wash, shampoo conditioner), hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable). These items are provided as a starter supply.
Our Concierge Team is happy to assist you in planning your stay. We can help arrange car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.
Important to Know
A refundable security deposit hold of $1,000 is required prior to check-in and will be released shortly after check-out, provided no damage is reported during your stay.
Access within the three-story home requires stairs, as there is no elevator.
The primary guest must be 21 years or older to book.

Smoking is not allowed on the property.
