Santarena Hotel at Las Catalinas
The breakfast was yummy both days that we were there, and the service at the restaurants was top-notch! However, we were disappointed not to have a swimming pool available to use as guests at Santarena Hotel. The rooftop infinity pool was way too small for the number of rooms available.

Really cool property. Convieniently located close to the action but still away enough to be quiet with easy parking.
