"I guess I should have questioned not seeing free parking. It was not, parking ramp at $10/day. TV buffered and froze alot, they fixed when alerted. Kurieg did not work. Room was small but nice and clean. No microwave."

"Disappointed that the room above us was booked at 11:30 pm. Many rooms available so not sure why they had that room. Person walking was loud and showering at 12:30 am! We had to be up at 3:30 to catch a flight. Not much sleep! Otherwise nice place."

"The hotel was in poorly condition, i got the hot tolub suite and the tub was missing pieces, the walls were falling apart there was black mold on the ceiling and bugs came out the drain of the hot tub. It was very low grade definitely not how it used to be "

"The front desk clerk was so friendly quick and knowledgable. Loved our clean room. The whole place is beautiful and clean. Free breakfast is delicious with a huge variety. Coffee is on all day and hot and flavorful. The pool hot tub awesome slide and fun arcade is all coveniet so I could see my two grands at all times. We are planning on coming three nughts durung spring break. Thank you"

" The hot tub was nice, but overcrowded with young children and drunk adults drinking in the hot tub, when the sign states no food or drinks within 20 feet. But what really ruined my experience was when I checked I accidentally left my sephora bag on the front desk counter. When I discovered this the next morning, found out the manager took my bag to her home, rather than placing it in lost and found, then claimed it was an accident, when I saw her on camera taking it. I will not stay at a place that steals from guests!"

"Very unclean place. My husband and I were there for a hour and left. We took our daughter there for the night to visit the “waterpark” and it was so uncomfortable and so dirty we didn’t even stay the night. The couches in the room had stains. I took pictures of everything. My husband went to the bathroom in the pool area and the said the was a pile of dirty towels in there almost as tall as he is. The “waterpark” is a very misleading word to use. The water is absolutely freezing. My daughter would even go in it. I tried to walk in it to show her it wasn’t so bad and I couldn’t even handle it. Half of the “waterpark” didn’t even work or spray the water it was supposed too "
