  • You can walk to everything downtown! All the restaurants and bars, the Fox Cities Exhibition Center, the PAC, the art and history museums, Lawrence University, all the downtown events, and more. And if you're driving, you are only about a half hour from Green Bay or Oshkosh.

    You will have the entirety of this fully renovated house. 3-4 bedrooms, 2 baths, and lots of extra space. Tons of original character, hardwood floors and a clawfoot tub. Fully stocked kitchen. Driveway will comfortably park 5-6 cars.

    Just so you are aware, the house is located on a busier street with a railroad crossing nearby. But that also means that there are businesses nearby for your convience such as two restaurants across the street and many others within a couple of blocks.
