The hotel looked like it was getting ready for a renovation so other than building materials laying the hotel was clean and orderly. The breakfast was awful tho... I would say that was the only negative to the hotel.

This hotel is in an excellent location, right off the interstate. Check in was a breeze, the two staff members I was in contact with were friendly, the room was the perfect temp upon my arrival and was very clean. The bed and pillows were comfy, everything worked (vent unit, hair dryer, coffee pot), I had zero issues with anything. Oh, and the shower heated up in no time and I liked how I could adjust the shower head for different spray patterns. The breakfast area was busy, but there was plenty of seating options. There was a very nice variety of food choices and it was not the same every day, which was nice. Granted I was only there for two days, but it was nice to have a different hot meal each morning, with plenty of other options for whatever tickled my fancy. :) I'll definitely be staying here again.

The included small watermark was definitely the highlight of our stay. Our kids really enjoyed it. They do allow the public to use the waterpark so after 12pm it does get pretty busy, at least on a Saturday. Breakfast was the standard free breakfast. My biggest complaint is the beds. They were all so hard and uncomfortable. The pull up couch mattress was like a sheet over hard metal springs.
