"Not the best room I've stayed in, right next to the swimming pool. Food was good but the menu was very limited. Overpriced for what we got"

"Lovely restaurant but very busy when we arrived, so staff were rushed off their feet. Room was great. Bathroom was lovely. No air conditioning so we kept the window open. Quiet outside apart from birds waking us up at sunrise. Food in the restaurant was excellent although we had to wait for a table. There was no discount on offer for residents."

"I really struggling to work in my room, access my phone and then the Tv with the WIFI; it was hopeless. Mentioned to reception on Wed evening, all seems ok was response and the againon checkout. For a hotel I use for business, good wifi is essential - if this continues i will need to find another hotel whilst in Dudley area"
