Bed and Breakfast in Telford

"This hotel was impressive in terms of the comfortable bed, convenient location, excellent condition and cleanliness. However, I requested a statement from the front desk person and was told that I'd receive a statement from a third-party provider via email. This statement never came. Today (5/16) I discovered a suspicious $50 pending charge from Holiday Inn on my credit card despite having fully prepaid my entire stay through Expedia. Nothing was said at check-in about additional charges - I asked - nor was I told that there would be a hold on my credit card (if that's what this is) upon check-in."

"Barely any services. For coffee and breakfast uou need to go to the food court of the casino. The pool has been not in function since the hotel opened. The terraces and vommin seating areas you cannot even get a glass of water or a coffee. I booked a room to attend my Sons graduation with my famiky over 6 minths ago, i have stayed at the hotel ever since it opened viaiting my aon at university and the weekend that matter when I am here with my wise tjey put me in a terrible “wall facing” room and when i asked to swap the check in ladies had no autjority to help and the “duty supervisor” asked me to upgrade for 100$ i norder to get a slighly brighter room. Amazing cuayomers skills!! Will never be back and reccomend not trying it. Place is made for the gambling crowd that dont want any service"
