The location and the hotel are great…the check in staff are rude, lazy and need a lesson in personal hygiene. As a hotelier, I can’t imagine having staff doing personal cell phone calls during check ins and looking like they haven’t showered in days.

Amazing hotel, in the center of the city where everything you need close to the beach (15 min walk) hotels.com doesn't include the 17% tax so we had to pay it in front

The employees are so kind and friendly, the service was great and location is the best. The room is not that big with space for the suitcases and no closet was in our toom.

Fine overall, but the staff didn't make the extra
We came with another couple, bur our rooms were on different floors. When checking in we found out that there was an empty room near our friends, but the desk staff refused to upgrade us (that room was slightly more costy than our room). It didn't even help that we are Isrotel club members (they completely ignored iur membership because we made the order through hotels.com). Also, our room was adjacent to the hotel's gym, so we always heard the gym's door open and close. Other than that, everything was fine.

Dispite the extremely unfortunate circumstances we found ourselves in we really appreciated the kindness and reassurance the staff gave us in terms of advice and safety when they themselves would of been under a lot of stress; ALL your staff should be highly commended !!!
