"Mackenzie Motel was lovely. You would not necessarily guess from the outside but once you enter, you can’t help but be made to feel at home. The design, amenities, private porch area and little courtyard are very cute. Nice to have the refrigerator and the little candy treats. Beds very comfortable and price just right. Also a quiet little town perfect as a stopover on our way to Christchurch,"
