"Spacious, clean, modern home that was perfect as a place to unwind and relax after a day of business at the convention we were in town to attend. Everyone really enjoyed the multiple sitting areas, the firepit and outdoor kitchen, the pool and hot tub, the pinball machines, golf screen and super comfortable beds! The kitchen had all of the items you would need for feeding 13 people, no issues of not enough plates or silverware, and plenty of pots and pans to cook! The wifi for the home was fast and stable, able to handle all 13 of us using it at once. If we are ever back in Sacramento for another conference, we will definately be repeat renters!!"

"This townhome is beautiful, clean and the complex is blissfully quiet. Near freeway for convenient commute, near the airport - some noise from these; but nothing my eqrplugs couldn't overcome. Would stay here again!"

"I messaged the host directly with these concerns: Literally 1 clean towel in the entire premises for 3 adults and each bathroom had a roll of paper towels instead. The washer and dryer was full and running when we arrived (the host told us that was impossible via response, but we literally arrived with it running) The refrigerator was broken with a sign taped to it and a mini fridge was set up in the middle of the living room as replacement. Water all over master bath floor and counters. An active construction zone in the unit next door. They began work at 6:55 am. The units are separated by 20'. I told this to the host and all they said was they cannot control the distance between the units. I only brought that up so that they could understand how close the active construction was and that this should be disclosed via VRBO. There are cameras all over the unit and there is no disclosure on the listing stating this. There are even interior cameras which are against the terms of service. When I told the host I was uncomfortable with the interior camera they responded with passive aggressiveness. I have traveled extensively over the years via short term rentals. I have never been treated with a general "pound sound" attitude like this before. When you tell a business owner about things that you generally expect to work as intended, they accommodate or fix the problem. In this case, I was treated rudely and told I was wrong. I would never rent from this person ever again. "
